d. Creating a Request for proposal (RFP) and Request for Quotation (RFQ)
- To prepare a RFP or a RFQ
2. Internal Rules, Regulations and the Law
a. Overview of Canadian Contract Law
- Discuss the foundations of Canadian contract law and contract law in your
home provinces.
b. UNCISG
- Describe some implications of the United Nations Convention Contracts for
the International Sale of Goods (CISG) on Canadian purchasing and supply
chain managements.
c. Legal Implications of an RFP
- Interpret recent and relevant Canadian legal cases in tendering and
contracting in terms of implications for candidates’
organizations.
- Review and critique rules and policies surrounding bidding and
contracting in candidates’ own organizations.
