PMAC is the principal source of training, education and professional development for supply chain management professionals in Canada.
Education and member development programs are delivered through the Provincial and Territorial Institutes, supported by the PMAC National office.
All of PMAC’s programs are instructed by senior practitioners and distinguished academics with real-world know-how and expertise.
PMAC is closely allied with post-secondary institutions across the country. In 1993, PMAC established Canada's first academic chair in purchasing at the Richard Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario.

The Newfoundland & Labrador Institute of PMAC and the Gardiner Centre (formerly Centre for Management Development) at Memorial University’s Faculty of Business Administration have a unique partnership to deliver PMAC’s Strategic Supply Chain Management Leadership Program in the province.
Starting in 2007, Memorial was the first business school in the country to deliver the new program’s modules and interactive workshops in partnership with our association.
